CIEL Pre-Order Policy

1. Pre-order Reservations

Pre-released orders (“Pre-orders”) are orders for products that are not yet available for general sale from CIEL OFFICIAL.

In order to place a Pre-order, you will need to provide complete contact information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and up to date.  If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to keep you informed.

2. Price & Payment
Pre-order purchases require payment to be made at checkout. 

3. Priority
We will process the products according to the order in which the Pre-order is received.

4. Delivery Schedule
Products are expected to be ready to be shipped on 20/01/2021- 07/02/2021. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by us. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted. We cannot accept responsibility for delays from the delivery courier that are out of our control.

If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.

Any other items that you order together with a pre order item will be held until all pre order items in your order arrive. Should you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order. 

5. Cancellation
Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
